華為AR2220路由器(qì)配置2E1-M闆卡連接運營商E1線路，與遠端的cisco設備互聯，線路聯通(tōng)後端口無法UP。

通(tōng)過檢查端口的狀态發現端口物理(lǐ)狀态及line protocol狀态都是down,本端地址無法正常ping通(tōng)對端地址。

1. 查看設備的型号及軟件版本，display version，display device檢查設備的版本及辦卡狀态，确定版本是V200R005，闆卡加載狀态正常。

2. 确定連接線纜已經連接，運營商的光端機已經連接，線路類型為RJ48線纜轉DB9端口的平衡線纜（120歐）。

3. 檢查配置信息，确認配置信息正确。

4. 檢查接口信息及log信息,發現E1端口下面有(yǒu)錯誤告警信息。懷疑是運營商線路或連接跳(tiào)線故障。

5. 要求運營商在端口連接側對跳(tiào)線打環測試，測試結果顯示端口為up，确定闆卡和(hé)設備運行(xíng)正常，故障在物理(lǐ)線路側。
6. 繼續在運營商光端機端口打環進行(xíng)測試，測試結果顯示接口為down。确定是運營商光端機端口連接故障，調整端口連接。故障排除。

運營商光端機E1端口連接故障。

通(tōng)知運營商檢查光端機連接端口，調整到正确端口，故障排除。

通(tōng)過命令逐步檢查狀态和(hé)信息，确定故障根源，建立正确的故障排查思路，運用正确的命令采集相應結果進行(xíng)分析。
