問題描述

版本信息：
AR1200版本為Version 5.110 (AR1200 V200R002C01SPC200)。
組網描述：
AR1200的串口通(tōng)過協議轉換器(qì)和(hé)中間(jiān)傳輸鏈路和(hé)對端路由器(qì)的串口互聯。

故障現象：
用AR1220路由器(qì)替換友(yǒu)商路由器(qì)，AR1220串口物理(lǐ)狀态UP，協議狀态DOWN；串口連線回退連接到友(yǒu)商路由器(qì)，串口物理(lǐ)狀态UP，協議狀态UP。

告警信息

（1）在AR1220上(shàng)通(tōng)過命令display interface serial1/0/1查看，發現串口物理(lǐ)狀态UP，協議狀态DOWN，鏈路LCP狀态為reqsent。

（2）打開(kāi)debugging開(kāi)關，關閉串口後再打開(kāi)，發現：串口LCP協議從initial，經starting，隻能到達reqsent，不能到達opened狀态，LCP鏈路不能建立。

處理(lǐ)過程

LCP鏈路不能建立，需要繼續排查串口參數(shù)設置。
1，原路由器(qì)串口封裝協議encapsulation ppp，AR1220串口下配置link-protocol ppp保持不變。
2，修改串口校(xiào)驗碼為crc 32，測試不通(tōng)過，恢複為crc 16默認狀态。
3，修改串口時(shí)鍾為clock master，測試不通(tōng)過，恢複為clock slave默認狀态。
4，檢查本端協議轉換器(qì)接口設置，發現有(yǒu)收發信号電(diàn)平設置，嘗試修改AR1220串口收發時(shí)鍾設置。

串口下設置invert receive-clock後，測試發現串口協議up。

根因

兩端路由器(qì)串口互聯，協議不UP的可(kě)能原因有(yǒu)：
1，串口兩端封裝協議ppp和(hé)hdlc配置不一緻。
2，串口兩端循環校(xiào)驗參數(shù)CRC16和(hé)CRC32設置不一緻。
3，串口兩端主備時(shí)鍾配置不一緻。
4，路由器(qì)串口互聯，中間(jiān)經過協議轉換器(qì)，需要考慮路由器(qì)串口和(hé)協議轉換器(qì)接口的對接參數(shù)設置。

建議與總結

建議與總結：
路由器(qì)串口互聯時(shí)，不但(dàn)要保持兩端串口互聯參數(shù)設置一緻，還(hái)要考慮如果路由器(qì)互聯中間(jiān)經過協議轉換器(qì)，路由器(qì)和(hé)協議轉換器(qì)對接要進行(xíng)接口參數(shù)設置。
